Я мало чего знаю про Горловку, поэтому вот, что у меня получилось. Не судите строго.
I would like to describe Gorlovka. It is one of the oldest towns of Ukraine. Gorlovka was founded by Russian engineer and geologist Peter Gorlov in 1867. Nowadays you can find a monument to Peter Gorlov in Victjry Avenue. It was built in 1999.
The old name of the town was Korsun. The town was rather small. People had to build a lot of roads from Gorlovka. They built a railroad too. Very soon Gorlovka became a great industrial town.
I want to add that Gorlovka is a very beautiful town. There are many monuments to famous people, seven parks and a lot of museums. Every year tourists visit the most famous museum of the town. It is a history museum. You can visit it and learn new and interesting things about Gorlovka. I think, this town is worth visiting!
