Could you pass me this bottle please?
Can you talk a little slower?
Can you give me your book?
Could you close the window please?
Can you sit over there?
Could you draw it please?
Can you make a cake for me?
Can you tell him about her please?
Could you open the door?
Could you say your name again please?

As for me, I can't imaging modern life witjout electronic devices. Every day I use lots of them, starting my day with the alarm clock and then a mixer for my morning cocktail and ending up with the walkman, which I listen to before going to sleep.
I can call myself "gadget addicted person" as I nearly use any of them without a pause, except when I sleep. I use my PC every day. It helps me not only to communicate with my friends but also to find any information needed. I can spend hours playing computer games or watching movies on it. But the first place of all goes to my cell phone. It is always with me, even in my bed I keep it under my pillow to stay in touch with friends. I use it to browse the Internet and to listen to my music too.
We all can deny the fact that electronic devices are not too much important for us, but eveeryone realizes that nowadays we can't live without them any more, even if we can't rely on them in everything. Technology makes our life more convenient and comfortable.
не знаю пойдет ли тебе такое. Может быть простовато, но во-второму разу уже нет сил переписывать...
Я купил две книги: новую книгу и старую книгу. Новая книга была дороже чем старая книга. — I bought two books: a new book and an old book. The new book was more expensive than the old book.
