In Russia people work hardly, so for escaping from daily routine people go on vacation. So we are going to talk about it.
There are a great number of places in the world where people can relax, in this regard there are a lot of types of holiday, e.g.: beach holiday, guided tours, active rest, cruise, health recreation. These types are united by the fact that person during his vacation forgets about all important things and he spends time happily with benefit for himself, and sometimes with benefit for his health. I prefer active type of holiday. In my opinion it is not so regenerating such as cruise, however it is useful for health and for peace of mind.
In conclusion, I can say that rest is necessary for everybody not only for their bodies, but also for peace of mind
