Dear President of the Russian Federation the issue of homeless animal! Me, as a member of the society for the protection of stray animals acutely concerned with the problem of the negative attitude of the population of our-Your country to sterilize Pets.
Hence, clinical consequences: growing army of homeless dogs and cats, especially in small towns.
It is obvious that applicable laws or half-measures don't work. Hunting / trapping of animals just frees up the street the other homeless.
The situation can change only quality propaganda. Such that any intending to produce a cat / dog "health" remembered what it was like for her health to give birth.
If today sterilize all animals that are not fit for breeding (99%) after 5 years will be lost the cost of the shelters will disappear homeless flocks, doganieri will become a regular butchers, etching the master's dogs.

Computers: a good or evil?
There is no doubt that technical progress and computers make our lives easier. But is it really has only positive aspects? Let’s try to investigate.
It is true that computers can save a lot of space and time. Computers can storage huge amounts of information, so we don’t need to collect papers, notes and books. And if we want to find some information we don’t need to spend hours looking through thick folios. Moreover, we can easily find useful information online. At the same time we don’t need to write many pages by hand. Thanks to the internet, we can work and buy goods from home nowadays.
On the other hand, the use of computers can lead to problems. First of all people who spend a lot of time behind the computer faces health problems: sight become worse, spinal curvature is appeared. What’s more, high volumes of information destroy analytical abilities. Students just download completed works, assignments and essays and very' often hand in even without reading them. Moreover, people can become dependent from computers. They become unable to communicate in real life.
To sum up, computers brought a lot of opportunities. Unfortunately, people faced with new problems caused by computers that should be solved.
