As for me, I would like to attend an ordinary school. First of all, school is of course a place where children gain knowlenge. But this is also a place where boys and girls are learning how to get along with each other and with other people. More then that, I think that an ordinary school is a little model of a future true life with good and bad people there.
When a pupil studies at home, he/she concentrates on a subject, but I think it is difficult and boring just staying at home and doing all the homework by youself. One will never be able to communicate neither with his/her people of the same age nor with adults.
Of course, there are some good points studingat boarding school. Such as, one can concentrate on subjects, and still have time to be with friends. But I think it is very difficult not seeing parents for weeks.
That's why I prefer an ordinary school.
