I would like to tell you a few words about my foreign friend. His name is Peter, he is my age, he lives in London and we have known each other for a long time.
I really consider him to be my best friend. We not just write letters to each other, we communicate with a help of the Skype very often, almost everyday. I can tell him everything and be sure he will not tell anybody my secrets. I can always get a support from him when I really need it. When I have problems at school or with my parents he always gives me very good advice. We like to read the same books and like to watch the same films, that’s very good to have somebody with the same interests you can talk about.
Peter is very friendly, good – natured, sociable, kind, he is always smiling and laughing, he never loses his temper and he always keeps his word.
I think that it is important to have a foreign friend because you can learn a lot of interesting facts about the foreign country you have never been to, also you can improve you foreign language and maybe sometimes in future even visit him.
