In Washington, DC, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue is a very special address. It's the address of the White House, the home of the President of the United States.
Originally the White House was grey and was called the Presidential Palace. It was built from 1792 to 1800. At this time, the city of Washington itself was being built. It was to be the nation's new capital city. George Washington, the first president, and Pierre Charles L'Enfant, a French engineer, chose the place for the new city. L'Enfant then planned the city and the President's home was an important part of the plan.

I look to the picture of a street scene. There are a lot of people there. A young mother is sitting on the bench and swinging her baby in the stroller. A n elder woman is sitting beside her and feedind the pigeons. At the left side of the picture there are two men. They are talking and laughing. At the right side of the picture there is a big playground. A lot of children playing there.
I woke up early, jumped out of bed. I washed my face and splashed on my head. I ran to my wardrobe and put on my clothes. I cleaned my teeth and blew my nose. I ate my breakfast, bruched my hair. I packed my lunch and sat on the chair. I went to my room, opened the door. I saw my books. They went on the floor. I put them up, three or four, said goodbye and went to the door.
