Переводила не до словно и получилось как-то не по-русски( порядок слов, граматика). Я не зеаю что надо ставить в многоточия поэтому их так и оставила и еще некоторые слова я не поеила поэтому поставила вместо них ?. Ну вот что получилось.

But when the performance had had a few weeks’ run, the owner of the theatre thought that it was too much and that sixpence a night would be quite enough.
