My attitude to vegeterianism and healthy lifestyle
Объяснение:
Hello John,
I am glad to hear from you so soon. It was rather interesting to know about your lifestyle. I totally agree that health is the most essential thing in our lives and we must take of it since the early years. I also do sports and try to eat healthy food, but I do eat different types of meat, dairy, and so on.
Even though I read a lot, I do not want to become a vegetarian as I know my body. I tried several times not to eat any meat during the day and it turned into a terrible headache. My body is literary forbidding me to think about not consuming meat in the food. Moreover, I train a lot so protein is necessary for me and I cannot refuse it.
How often do you train? Do you observe how your body reacts to your diet? What are your observations?
Regards,
Name
It's Saturday night, and Laura 1) is going to а party with some friends. 2) Laura's mother and father 3) are watching TV when she says goodbye to them. "l'm going to Sam's party. I 4) shall not be Iate," she says. ''You can't go out 5) dressed like that!" yells Laura's dad. ''You 6) look ridiculous." Laura looks down at her carefully 7) chosen outfit. She's wearing а tight red top, а silver mini skirt and black boots with 15-centimetre heels. She 8) has coloured her hair bright red and she is wearing 9) tinted glasses. Laura 10) thinks she looks great! Fashion 11) is always a matter of dispute. Young people express 12) themselves through fashion, and extreme fashion is a way 13) to rebel.
In the 1960s young people started wearing mini skirts, bell-bottomed pants and flower patterns. Many young people 14) became hippies, and рагents panicked when their teenage sons 15) grew their hair long.
Then came the decade of glamorous fashion. Gold and silver pants and tiny tight tops 16) became very popular in the 70s. Disco-goers 17) wore high-heeled shoes and boots that were almost impossible to walk in. Punk-rock also raised 18) its ugly head during the 70s. Punks had crazy Mohawk haircuts and wоге dirty 19) clothes with holes in them. During the 90s, styles from the 60s and 70s came back. Midriffs were bare and body piercing came into fashion. Now that we 20) have entered the 21) twenty-first century (or the 'naughties'), you can wear whatever you like!
Overall, I think nowadays new fashions 22) are replacing traditional ones, but I also think we should also try 23) to preserve typical traditional clothing. lt's part of our culture and heritage.
