My hobby is reading books.
I can't even say how many books I've read. I learnt to read when I was five. At first I liked reading fairy-tales and short stories. My parents have a lot of books at home as they love reading too. I quickly read all the children books at home and then joined our local library.
My favourite types (genres) of books are historical novels, adventure stories, science-fiction and fantasy. I read whenever I have free time. When I 'm home I prefer reading paper books. When going on holiday I take my e-book with me - it takes less space and it isn't so heavy.
