Teenagers spend a lot of time in their bedrooms hanging out with their friends, but your regular bedroom has changed a lot over the past few years. Until recently, teenagers had Teddy bears, dolls, sports equipment, tape recorders, Board games and a radio in their bedrooms. Today, these traditional toys are almost all gone, and now something like MPZ player and game console have become popular! A recent survey showed that 7 out of 10 British Teens have a TV in their room and 6 out of 10 have a game console. More than half of children have a DVD player with HI-FI system, and 1 of 3 have MPZ,PC, and 10% of teenagers - digital TV. What to say, this is not surprising, because next to the children are gadgets worth up to 2,000 pounds in their rooms. How did they receive them? Page 9 of 10 got them as a Christmas present, and the rest of them saved their pocket money or earned working. Some parents may be shocked to find their son or daughter's gold mine while they sleep. It seems fair to say that the value of the latest technology has grown so that they are in children's bedrooms.
