Перевести можно как "если бы я сейчас был дома" (а на самом деле я сейчас не там). Поскольку это сослагательное наклонение - то после местоимения he употреблен глагол were, хотя обычно в других ситуациях использовали бы глагол was.
Предложение под a) - повелительное наклонение - "посмотрите на доску".
Остальные предложения - изъявительное наклонение - то есть просто описание реальных событий.

I would like to tell about my best friend. His name is Maxim. He is 14 years old. We are classmates, but also we go to the musicaly school together . His hobby is drawing. He draw wonderful pictures and I like them. He has got a big family : parents , grandparents, sisters and a brother . They live in big house. They have got pets. A dog, a cat and a parrot. I like their parrot because he can talk. The first time i was suprised, but then I got used to it. Maxim and I meet on the weekends. Our favourite hobby is watching films about World War 2. Our dream is to visit great museums with military equipment.
I met a friend of Nastya. We know each other since kindergarten. Then I came to the preparatory group, but when I was taken away by parents, I saw she walked in front of my brother. As it turned out later, she lives on the next street. Later we went together to the first class.
Over the years, our friendship became stronger and stronger. We have many common interests, we love to read together the same book, then discuss the story. We love to go to the cinema and to watch Comedy on gambling and the crunch of popcorn. Together we ride on rollers, go to the library, sometimes even together do homework. She makes my life rich and fun.
I'm always grateful to Kate for what she is able to listen. I sometimes start to say something and keep talking until your mouth runs dry. And Kate listens to me so carefully and enthusiastically. I have rarely met people who know how to
