В Present Simple в вопросительном предложении всё время пишется частица "do" или "does" как вспомогательный глагол.
При условии ,когда мы добавляем в предложение ещё конкретный вопрос,то мы его пишем перед частицей "do" ,при этом оставляя ее на первом месте в предложении после этого вопроса.
Поэтому мы и пишем в этом предложении "do" как не отделяемую вопросительную частицу.
