at first, let's imagine that you are a really poor man, all our life you have been living in a poor family in a little old house in the village. you know, even if you want, you won't become richer, have a well-paid job and live in the big city, because you have no money, no knowledge for that. but if someone suggest you a good life, you will be happy. now, imagine that you are a very reach man, you live in the city, have a lot of famous friends, maybe even relatives, a beautiful wife. suddenly, someone offers you to give all your money to poor people, who are waiting for a help. and of course, you won't change your life, because you have all what you want and need.
I hope that wealthy people will have a bit less money, whereas poor people will become a bit richer in the nearest future.
