Borscht is a soup of Ukrainianorigin that is popular in many Eastern and Central European countries. In most of these countries, it is made with beetroot as the main ingredient, giving it a deep reddish-purple color. In some countries, tomato is used as the main ingredient, while beetroot acts as a secondary ingredient. Other, non-beet varieties also exist, such as the tomato paste-based orange borscht and green borscht (sorrel soup).
About space exploration
I would like to tell you about space exploration. For a very long period of time people have been dreaming of visiting other planets and exploring the open space. The exploration of space began in the second half of the XX century.
Nowadays it is developing rapidly. But there is only one problem. Though billions of dollars are spent on the development of astronomy and astronautics, it may seem that these branches do not make any progress. So, space exploration is worth spending such a big amount of money or, maybe, it is just a waste of resources and time as there are a lot of other incredibly significant problems. As for me, I strongly believe that space exploration is a must, and people ought to develop it.
